Our vision is to create an exciting vibrant destination for the arts & creative industry to thrive. A place for all to enjoy and participate with local and globally renowned artisans, while enjoying live performances and a wide range of food and beverage offerings.
We aim to revitalise the factory buildings to create a mixed-use environment where people will be able to work, visit, live and recreate within a world-leading creative Arts Village.
The Paint Factory Arts Village will feature international and Australian artists, art galleries, artisans, brewers and other creative professionals, living and working on the site and vast landscaped areas featuring street art and outdoor performance spaces.
Local project manager, Paul Hey, who has lived in Yeronga for more than 20 + years, is leading the team working on plans to transform the redundant industrial buildings and create an iconic site that all Yeronga, Brisbane & Queensland residents will be able to enjoy.
Brent O’Neill is the Urban Designer at The Paint Factory and has been engaging extensively with local and global artists about the future plans for The Paint Factory.
Sarah Morgan is the Community Engagement Manager and is keen to meet with members of the community and discuss our concept.
Can you see yourself engaging with a creative hub, with a mix of internal and external gallery spaces, performance stages and studios, and architectural homes within a vibrant arts inspired destination linked by a series of pedestrian paths through green space? Let us know your feelings.
